If you have never logged into your corporate e-mail account or if you do not know your password, please follow the steps below. 

1- Click the "Reset" link on the ASBUNET Password page to fill in the form opened. Then, in the "your username" part of the form, enter your name and surname for academicians and your student number for the students. Click the "reset my password" button and then the password given by the system will be send to your mobile phone number which registered in the system.

2- You can use your ASBU Corporate account with the password which have sent to your mobile phone. 

3- If you want, you can change your password with a new password by clicking the "Update" link on the ASBUNET Password page. You must create your new password in accordance with our password policy*. 

Please Note: If you got "message has been sent" notice during the reset process but message has not been transmitted to your mobile phone or you got the error "Your registered number was not found in the system"; 

After entering Student Infomation System (OBS) and updating your phone number in your profile information, academicians should send an e-mail to bid@asbu.edu.tr with their name, surname and department information and students should send an e-mail to bid@asbu.edu.tr with their student number, name, surname and department information. Your phone number will be updated by IT Department in a short time. Then, please repeat these steps in a short time after. 

*ASBU Password Policy

-You cannot use your last 3 passwords. 

-Your password must be at least 7 characters. 

-Your password must contain at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character (.!@#$%^&*)

-Your password should not contain your name and surname.
