1. How do I get my corporate email address?

You can request a password reset by calling the phone numbers 4480, 4482, 4486 or by contacting the IT department.

4.Can I update my e-mail information?

5.Why do we change our email password often?

7. How can I use the wireless network service?

You can use the wireless network service with mobile devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets. For detailed settings of the wireless network connection, you can get support from 4480, 4482, 4486 or from the account of bid@asbu.edu.tr.

8. How to make a VPN connection?

VPN is a system that enables you to use only locally running programs (SPSS, etc.) included in the corporate network from an external internet connection. You can find the document describing VPN settings here. To make these settings, you need to use an external internet connection.
